How El Nino affects South Florida's weather

Weather graphics are not my favorite thing in the world, so you can only imagine how hard this project was for me. My original concept of doing a 3D weather land thingy wasn't working because of the size of the graphic. So my editor suggested I play off of the mini globe I made earlier.
