This was the page that never ran. The 2015 session of the Florida Legislature was marked by continued fighting over health care funding and federal money. The News Service of Florida put together an extensive behind-the-scenes look at how the session ended without a budget deal. I had put together the page in advance, but never had the news hole to get it in. By time I did, the content would have stepped on and overlapped with some stories we did locally.
