An investigative series about the corruption of Marana Police Chief David R. Smith had to be serious and professional, yet still convey the impact and corruption. I settled for using the image of the chief as the "I" in chief, and the theme was carried out over the course of a few weeks. All accompanying material was kept simple with black and white, bold header and sans serif font.
