About me
I currently work at the News Sentinel in Knoxville, Tenn., as a copy editor, so I don't do as much designing these days! I've previously worked at Gannett's Design Studio based out of The Tennessean in Nashville, Tenn. I created features and sports pages for Gannett's southern newspapers. Before moving to Nashville, I worked in Florida for Freedom Communication's copy editing and design center at The Panama City News Herald. Prior to graduating from The University of Tennessee, I spent time designing, copy editing and writing for a variety of East Tennessee publications: The Seymour Herald, Mi Vida Today, The Knoxville Voice, SCOOP Magazine and The Daily Beacon. I also have background in video and photography as well.
