About me

I am a recent graduate of Virginia Tech, with a degree in professional writing, as well as the college's independent student newspaper, the Collegiate Times. At the CT I worked as both a writer and designer, contributing to major school events such as the December 9, 2011 campus shooting, the five year April 16 memorial edition, and the 2012 Presidential Election coverage. Currently, I am working at my first professional position as the Charleston Gazette's graphic designer in Charleston, West Virginia (40,671 Daily; 68,940 Sunday).
