A story on how our area is using federal stimulus funds. One of the main ways is through construction projects so the art that was assigned was of a crew at work. Unfortunately no single photo really seemed to encompass the idea of a great deal of individuals being put to work. Instead I used several of the same series of photos and organic frame shapes to give the centerpiece a sense of motion.
