For Part two of the Chronicle’s epic Out of Control series on the various aspects of what makes Houston’s roads the most dangerous of any U.S. metro area, reporter St. John Barned-Smith wrote about this incident, three years ago; about the time I moved to Houston — when a guy drove through the metro area and had four accidents in less than three hours.
