As the current session of the Texas legislature moves into its last month, we thought we might take a look at nine bills that are in various degrees of passage through the channels that could affect local folks. Reporter Johnathan Silver researched and wrote the material. I’ve been using a lot of Texas flag imagery lately. I tried to go in a different direction this time but eventually decided that a flag wallpaper pattern would be the way to tell this story visually. I built this for our local front, reconfigured it for use on A1 and then had to move it back to the local front again after breaking news knocked it out of Monday’s paper. April 28, 2015
