Federal officials are testing a new program that allows them to check fingerprints of non-U.S. citizens boarding outbound international flights. Sounds a bit random, but we reported that from the get-go, folks at Bush Intercontinental nabbed two travelers who were trying to skip out on court dates. Go figure.
