Like a lot of states, Texas won’t put same-sex parents’ names on birth certificates. How do you illustrate reporter Jessica Rodrigo’s pro/con piece on the issue? I elected to go with a cartoon stork holding a peacefully sleeping baby, but puzzled over the paperwork. Was kind of proud of this one. Jan. 26, 2015.
