I tend to be pretty religious about news page design. Want pages to be highly structured and consistently so from one day to the next. It's a reliability issue for me, speaking to the reader with the same voice, as well as creating a template where we think more about headline structures (what needs to be said?), photo edit or art development, and all of the little details – especially spacing – all around.
