Capitol Shooting Ribbon

I didn't have much to play with here and I didn't want to go with a generic picture of the Capitol dome. Finally, I found this picture at Wikimedia Commons of the Capitol, shot at night in 1921. Perfect, once I applied tint to suggest alarm. Never mind the fact that the incident happened during the day. Feb. 27, 2014.
