I like this because it shows how small touches can add to a page, particularly when the art is limited. The 'Food Deserts' story had a long, gray breakout scheduled to go with it. So I split it into two breakouts - one a small online refer - and added the cutout of the groceries to get some color in there. The centerpiece also had problems: It featured file art and had only a small breakout. So I added the quote at the top and then highlighted the lead-in paragraph of the story.
