Des Moines's great about using breakouts and "windows" to give readers quick shots of information or snappy glances at what more's inside. Their recent redesign sometimes leaves a lot of white space at the top of the page, but I was glad to get to play with the centerpiece art on this one to try to help the page pop a little bit.
