Reports indicate that between 8 to 10 per cent of the adult population have some form if kidney damage but fewer than 1 in 10 are aware of the importance of regular check-ups. Of those affected, only 1 in 5 people are ever referred to a specialist, and that is just sad for Kenya, which has an acute specialist shortage. Yes, you have no reason to kid with the twins as illustrated.
