This was a fun page. I absolutely wanted a fun way to refer to it. The headline came easily. Finding just the right Seuss Cat in the Hat illustration to turn into a grab for the nameplate -- that was a bit more difficult. This version ran atop the wire section in the Riverside Press-Enterprise, but a similar version ran atop page one in Long Beach. That one was named to the Newseum's daily Top Ten -- mostly on the strength of the "creative" ribbon, they said. Feb. 28, 2014.
