I was disappointed that my native South Carolina voted "Mister Appalachian Trail" into Congress last week. Egads. That led to this trip down memory lane. I wrote the text to be relatively straightforward and got all sarcastic with just the shapes. A last-minute suggestion by a colleague caused me to drop David Petraeus in favor of John Ensign of Nevada. I hated losing the general, but let's face it: Ensign's case was much more salacious anyway. What a bunch of horndogs. May 15, 2013.
