One of history's most fatal hotel fires that killed over 80 people, it's cause and effects are revisited on anniversaries. I did this for the ten year anniversary. I drove past it the morning after, west on Flamingo Rd., and witnessed the eerie aftermath of broken furniture still on the sidewalk and smoke-stained curtains hanging out of broken windows. I was a paste-up artist at the time.
