This is one of my favorite covers that I've ever done. Now What was a short-lived supplemental that ended after six issues, this being the final one. When I was told about the cover story, I couldn't get the Game of Life out of my head, and finally just went with it, with a modern, if slightly cynical twist. I really had quite a bit of fun in the end.
