By Month Five here at the Chronicle, I’ve done oil price charts just about every way they can be done. Big ones, small ones, wide ones, tall ones. For this one, our business designer wanted to combine the chart with a photo. Not something I’d typically do, but she pulled several file photos which allowed me to find one where the fever line didn’t intersect with the foreground of the photo. As you can see, oil prices took a beating recently. That’s bad news for the economy here in Houston. Dec. 3, 2015
