I was asked to get this Q&A on Page Two. The challenge: The piece was nearly twice the length I had space for. I decided to just go with a grey page — that meant I didn’t have to make room for a photo. We really needed to list the 13 schools, so I pulled that out and put it on a grey background to give the page at least a little focal point. Hoping the Qs and As broke it up enough to keep it from scaring off readers.
