The helmet was created in Photoshop using stock art (helmet) and royalty-free images of the bands mentioned. Page layout is inspired by one of my favorite movies (and movie posters) -- "Full Metal Jacket" -- to make a centerpiece out of this short story about songs from a Vietnam War exhibit.
