This page required a bit of late-night reworking, because it was originally not supposed to be a jump. A lineup change forced the story to start on our Local front, so the managing editor and I took a few paragraphs that I used as a secondary lead-in and converted them into four paragraphs that became the start of the story out front. It's about four sports entities, including Daytona International Speedway, that are competing for state tax money.
