For the second year in a row, we previewed the Super Bowl with a super-hero themed cover. A little bit of good fortune, four of the Seattle stars had local ties, so the challenge was to bring them all together. Someone mentioned X-Men early on, so all the Seahawks had early X-Men powers (Wilson-Cyclops, Chancellor-Havok, Harvin-Angel and Sherman-Iceman). And Peyton has a cape and metal football (a nod to Magneto). Would every reader get that? No. But some would, and those who didn't still might think, "Wow, super heroes." Or not. Maybe they thought, "Wow, this is dumb." Who knows.
