02 APR 11 -- I did the centerpiece illustrations for a story about some progressive environmental proposals put forth by Salt Lake City. Things allowed without zoning variances include wind turbines, solar panels, crops/farms in the front yard, mother-in-law units, greenhouses with no setback and selling your produce from your own front yard. I did a before-and-after comparison of a fake SLC neighborhood (based on several housing styles from across the city).
