Our political team took a detailed look at the 7th district, which is a microcosm of all the change that’s taking place here in Texas. I live smack in the middle of that section at lower right, just below the word “Uptown.” The reservoirs at lower left flooded badly during Harvey, as did the area south of Bellaire at lower right.
