This was the second half of my big tornado primer. How they form, where they form, the definition of a watch vs. a warning and the 10 deadliest in U.S. history (Goliad is tied for 8th). I also listed the last 11 tornado fatalities here in Texas — 10 of them were in mobile homes. At the bottom, I showed tornado statistics for the eight counties of our Crossroads area. Sure enough, we just don’t have many here: The last tornado in this area was in 2012. The last tornado stronger than F2 struck in 1975. June 14, 2015
