Manuel Clouthier is a mexican politic who's trying -for the first time in this country- to run for president without the aid of a political party. But first he had to resign from the same political party his dad help built.
If he's given the chance, he would have successfully torn apart the politics in Mexico and opened the way for citizen nominations.
