This graphic was compiled by transportation write Dug Begley, back in August when the storm was still affecting us. I built it into a map which finally ran, two or three days later. We revived it and wrote a new top for it to run with Day One of our “Developing Storm” series — the idea being that this showed what was at stake if the Addicks and Barker dams had failed.
