Features editor Carolyn Lamberson went to New York to see and to profile Spokane’s Sophia Anne Caruso starring on Broadway in “Beetlejuice.” The idea: A grocery list of other area folks who have appeared on Broadway. I built a frame and Carolyn wrote to fit. This was a real education for me — I knew Bing Crosby was from Spokane, but Darren McGaven? Craig T. Nelson? Very cool.
