Originally, the concept was to show all six games, illustrated with file art of each game. Our sports editor, however, asked veteran sportswriter Mike Forman to write the blurbs. They came in a lot longer than I had planned but — Bonus! — Mike had actually BEEN to Game No. 1 in January 1967. So this went from being a simple ASF treatment to a column with personal reminisces.
