One of the many things Mihir Zaveri uncovered in his research for our giant year-end Harvey wrap-up series: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had mapped out a number of scenarios on how the dams could possibly fail one day and what the cost might be — both in dollars and in human lives. This graphic laid it all out. Nice work by Mihir and the editor for this segment, Marc Duvoisin. This was one of the more complex pieces that resulted from this project.
