Former Advocate staffer Jessica Puente wrote about how her grandfather's death caused her family to drift apart and how that was reversed when everyone began using an app called WhatsApp. It's not so popular here in the U.S., but very popular elsewhere, including Mexico. I had to work a bit on the photos to make sure they'd be printable. Jessica's story was really good, so I hope my typographical treatment did it justice. May 3, 2015
