I went to Georgia and Florida for my furlough in June. While I was there, I heard about yet another case in which a person left a child in a hot car. It was a fairly simple matter to pull together various stats to tell the story. Drawing the baby at lower left -- even a generic-looking one like this -- was painful. July 10, 2014
