Everyone complains about the price of stamps but a funny thing happens when you adjust those prices for inflation: They flatten out pretty evenly.
I built this one to run atop page one of the Orange County Register, the day before stamp prices were to go up. At the last minute it was bumped -- for an Emmy award promo, I think. It did run atop the wire section of the Riverside paper -- the version you see here. Moments after I posted it on Facebook, someone pointed out an error: The label for 1934 is actually pointing to the bar for 1924. Doh! Saturday, Jan. 25.
